Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
Handstand push-ups 5 reps
Pushups 10 reps
Push press 95 pounds, 15 reps
Dips 20 reps

  1. I cancel my registration for tonight @ 6:30 so if anybody wants to go….there is 1 more spot.

    1. I didn’t say I wasn’t….but really I would have been scared of that beast if today wouldn’t have been my rest day! 😀

      And I didn’t want to kill my shoulders for the 100 HSPU that Tucker will make us do tomorrow!

  2. warm up – 800m run (first time running in several months – YAY, took it easy and felt ok), stretching, mobility

    strength: push jerk (light) 5(dowel)-5(15#)-3(35)-3(45)-3(50)-3(55)-3(60)

    Cindy: 18 rounds + 1 kip!
    what a sweaty mess by the end – wow
    getting close to 20! last time was feb 9, 09 with 16 rounds + 3 kip.

  3. Strength: Deadlift 5-5-5
    95-125-145

    WOD: AMRAP in 20 min of:
    -5 HSPU (with green band)
    -10 push up
    -15 push press #65
    – 20 dips

    Score: 3 rounds + 3 HSPU.
    Crazy shoulder workout!! After one round…the HSPU become really hard…I’Ve got stuck at the bottom a couple time!!

    5 JJ-HSPU
    10 G-Push Ups
    15 Push Press (35lb)
