50 Box jumps
Run 400m
25 Knees to elbows
25 Dips
50 Sit-ups
Run 400m

    I should be there tonight, I need to get home then bike over. so I will see how this goes.

  4. After the early workout on Saturday, I’m headed to hike Mt.Katahdin in Maine with my brother. Should be a sweet time!
