and also when you make a stir fry do you guys always cook with oil or butter or do you have another option?

We are eating bacon every day! Just don’t eat only bacon for protein for breakfast lol!! I usually have 3 strips (1 bloc of protein) every morning. The zone is telling that bacon is not really good, but crossfit is telling that is good because it’s animal fat. That’s why you’re probably confusing! But keep in mine that It’s always good to vary what you eat.
Stir fry…I always put a LOT of oil. But sometime, I mix both of oil and butter (not only for stir fry), the mix make the ”boiling temperature” higher so the nutriment don’t all go away as you cooking (and the steak are tastier!!
