July 22 Workout

Here we go! Fight Gone Burpee! We did 3 rounds of 5 exercises, at 1min per exercise. The clock runs straight through for 5 minutes, followed by a 1 minute rest.

Looks like this:

  • Wall balls
  • Sumo deadlift high pulls
  • Box jumps
  • Push presses
  • Burpees

  1. Did Push Jerks 3-3-3-3-3. They didn’t really feel good at all today, even though I was working well under my PR.

    I did a super short wod today…

    5 Rounds for time of:

    10 Squats (eyes closed)
    open eyes
    10 Push-Ups (eyes closed)

    Time:8:33, did first 500m in 1:59, i think that’s a new pr 🙂

    it was great… It made me realize how out of shape I am, so I am hooked.
    Not usre if Fight Gone Burpee was the best starter class but I gave it a go.

    OKAY…so I have heard all about it, and I love working out, but not sure if I am up for the challenge. Have to put in a few extra hours at the gym to see if I can come close to finishing a round!!

  11. Melissa, come out and try it. If you love working out, then this is for you! Not every workout is as crazy as this one, but they are challenging. You won’t know if you like it until you try it…
