  6. Hello from Natick, Mass and CrossFit New England!
We just finished our first day of the cert and all of us are really enjoying it. The trainers are incredible and have shown us so much already in just one day. Can’t wait for day two! We are looking forward to getting home and sharing our knowledge with all of you.

At the end of the day today we had to do Fran. I got 9:32 which is 1:14 slower than my PR. Lots of factors contributed to my poor performance though. Travel, lack of sleep and most of all the fact I smashed up my car yesterday on the highway about 10 miles from the hotel. The driver’s side doors are busted up but the most important thing is that Pierre, Ryan and I were all Ok.

For those who know some of the CrossFit certification trainers… here’s who is helping us out.
Heather and Ben Bergeron, Pat Sherwood, EC Synkowski, James Hobart and Jon Gilson.

    1. Glad to see you are all ok and enjoying the cert inspite of the accident. That’s a bummer for sure.

Awesome gang of trainers there 🙂 Congrats to all of you for representing CFM so well!

    2. Great to have an update on how the certification is going and that you’re all enjoying it. What a great opportunity for all of you.
Also glad that the accident wasn’t more serious than a little bent metal — that can be fixed — Glad no one was hurt. Take care all!!
Looking forward to the stories when you get back.
