    I may have bit off more than I can chew today, but I am really happy that I pushed myself to do the ring dips. When I did Scale 1 of this WOD last year, I used the bands for my pullups and the parallette bars for my dips. My time last year was 36:10 so I am certainly pleased with my progress on today’s WOD!

    Time: 35:00 off my PR by over 6 minutes… How I finished that workout so quickly last year is beyond me!! I was CFing 5-6 times a week then so I was probably in much better shape… Ah well! At least I’m still at it πŸ™‚

    Today I did 44 without failing, the last 6 took me 5 minutes as the arms were collapsing… looking forward to Jason again.
