    Sled pulls look deceptively easy till you try them, but then you do them and wow. WOD was tough, but I felt like I didn’t have much juice left! I may start doing some wall balls in my WU, I had trouble getting just above the line.

    1. Sled pulls are the spawn of Satan….especially when Kevin is videotaping (complete with his evil laugh). They are, however, like tire-flips…..totally bad-ass! 😀

      Nice work on the WOD Adam. Great idea to incorporate WB’s into your warmup.

    I was really surprised with my score. I have been using the 6# ball as a crutch since the beginning, afraid to move up. I decided to try the 10# instead of the 8# to see if I could do them and was shocked that I could. Will use 10# for a while.

    sled drag is very brutal and pukie was present but didn’t come out. This is my 3rd time doing sled drag…I don’t think I’ll ever do them again 🙂

    As for the WOD last year I used 65# and made it to 30 wall balls. A bit of improvement.
