    Tried 75 but it was just a wee bit heavy.

    Did not finish, made it to round 5, 22 each and then my right thigh said nope. I’ll try it another day.

  6. No leveling up for me today. Couldn’t get the power clean at 110#

    Practiced KB snatches with the 10 min EMOM. 12 snatches at #30 – need to work on practicing KB snatches at 35#

    Wasn’t a struggle but stopped there since my back is tight today. Didn’t want to risk a questionable landing.

    Messed around on the KBS Test but did it with both arms (not single) 10 rounds with varying reps between 17 & 22 each round)
