First time doing v-snaps ever; managed 20 per round (not pretty, but good) + 10 sit ups, so I was pleased! Also; to ensure I got every rep, 8# was correct for 100 WB. Next time DB Snatches come up, will use 25#.

Pushups I managed small sets, in second round became one at a time. Pullups I kept to sets of 5 so my arms wouldn’t die.. V-snaps and Snatch I just kept going.. Wallballs !!! 🙄 my plan was to do sets of 10, but that went out the window oh about rep #5, so I panicked and went and got a 8# to finish.. On round 2, I decided I was using the 10# and doing sets of 5.. that went waaaaay better..
This one kicked my butt, and i took waaaaay to long on that wod!
