    Wall, thank you for all your help lately with my squats. Your dependably immovable self whacking my nose whenever I dipped forward too far has helped me immeasurably. Oh wait, I guess you can measure weight. 😀

    5 pull-ups (kipping, no band!)
    10 Bodyweight Deadlifts (140 lbs)

    3 Rounds + 1 pull up.
