    Today I went light on the OHS strength and focused on technique.. I used 30# for the wod and managed round 1 and 2 in two sets.. Doubles were the fun part!

    Yes, that WAS fast! Too bad I misread what I was doing and did 90 less double unders (30-20-10 instead of 50-50-50)!
    OHS were still unbroken, but will probably do this again just to see what my real score would have been.

    Happy with strength: did 95 x 2 a year ago and hadn’t seen any progress so this was a nice surprise.
    Note to self – use chalk for ohs. My hands were sliding around so much on th 35# bar that I finally gave up on unbroken in the 20’s and chalked which made a huge difference.
