    Holy confusion, Batman! Haha. I managed to screw that one up. My first rest was 20 seconds. I didnt need another rest but I took one as a penalty for screwing up the first one. Then I miscounted my burpees. Pretty sure I did like 55.

    Was a little tired and it totaly showed in my focus in this WOD. My time should of been better than this.

  2. I’m so sorry about the clock, 6am class!! It was a quick recovery but I think you can still add 10 seconds on to your time, it took me that long to get the timer started.

    2. I have had that happen to me a couple of times too. I was going to chalk it up to “user error” but maybe its more than that….of course, it was 6am 😉

    thought I was going to do the snatches in 10’s, but that didn’t work, first 10 felt awesome then did 5’s. Still good had to really focus on being explosive and getting full extension. Hard on the grip and quads if u bring it down too hard.. Lol.

    50 Burpees is a lot in a row 🙂

    Time = 8:41 (tried the rope climb, waiting for others to try, but nobody was biting so jumped on the rope for the first time, made it up pretty quick (suprised myself)! Starting to push myself to do different things at the box and am thoroughly enjoying it 🙂

    This is the first time I just wanted to quit and not finish a WOD. I was so exhausted after doing the snatches that I had no idea how I was supposed to do 50 burpees. Thanks to Wendy for doing the last 23 with me. And thanks to the 4:15 class for cheering me on…otherwise I don’t think I would have finished. Love this gym. Thanks for the push Coach Kevin, even though I hated all 12:49 of that WOD. 🙂

    1. There’s a great crossfit tshirt that says “crossfit- the only sport where the loudest cheers are for the last to finish”. Love that one ☺. Been there lots!
