    Not sure how long that took me as compared to last time because my timer kicked off. I was under an hour. What a way to start a Thursday!!

  3. After doing yesterday’s tabata WOD this morning, decided to give today’s Brown WOD a go… for the HELL-of-it. 😳

    1 mile run (= 11:31)

    20 rounds (= 23:09)
    5 abmat (rolled towel) butterfly sit-ups
    10 elevated pushups
    15 squats

    1 mile run (= 11:21 …focused on what I was going to have for breakfast 😋)

    Total = 46:10
    First go at this one!
