    Consider that my max clean and jerk was 85 two months ago, I am pretty proud of my time! But again, thanks Kevin for the pushed! You make me work harder!! πŸ™‚

    I raced Pierre in the warm-up tonight. I finished in 1:01 (pr)

    Someone also convinced me to try the workout, so I did.
