WOD 91 reps at the end of the time cap. First time doing shoot through and Turkish get ups. It was challenging but felt good after.
Right-arm TGUs. Got to a 60# KB then switch to a barbell and worked up to 65#.
Left arm said “not today”.
WOD as Rx’d
10:01 … was rushing for a sub-10 but no-repped my 2nd last pistol.
