    – Worked on jumping from toes and straightening knees. Big Thanks to Remi for the pointers and noticing and Thanks Heather P for the tip on the mat catching the rope.

    WOD 91 reps at the end of the time cap. First time doing shoot through and Turkish get ups. It was challenging but felt good after.

  5. Right-arm TGUs. Got to a 60# KB then switch to a barbell and worked up to 65#.
    Left arm said “not today”.

    10:01 … was rushing for a sub-10 but no-repped my 2nd last pistol.
