  13. Workout from home… It’s absolutely aweful, but I did not warm up…

    Annie – 150-120-90-60-30 single unders

    time: 10:38 and a booty blister later… Ouch!

    Then I went for a 3.5k crosscountry run: 22:21 (about a minute slower then my time from this same run on Wednesday night)
