  3. WOD with 45# = 3 rounds
    I wanted a 50# but there were none left…although maybe if I had the 50# I wouldn’t have gotten my last rope climb in, so it worked out in the end I think 🙂

    Tough wod but I liked it! And I love spartan races! 🙂

    2 rounds + 100m KB carry.

    Did the full rope climb in 1st round; only half in the 2nd… I should have pushed to get the full climb, but my forearms were toast and clock was ticking.

    KB Carry was HEAVY. I blame Jackie Cantin who picked that crazy weight in the previous class & Heather Steeves who said that we should keep up…WTF??? Otherwise, this was a good one 🙂

    For my second and third ‘carry’ Kevin suggested I try a bucket with a 40# sandbag, so I did! Wasn’t so bad at all! 🙊
    My legs are still sore from my Saturday adventure.. It felt good to just work through the aches..
    So many new faces in the 8:30 class.. Welcome!!
