“Death by Clean and Jerks”

With a continuously running clock do one 135 pound Clean and Jerk the first minute, two 135 pound Clean and Jerks the second minute, three 135 pound Clean and Jerks the third minute… continuing as long as you are able.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.

    I managed to get a PR at 9 rounds flat. Should have continued into the 10th round, but I didn’t think Pierre would get that far 😉

    Did a 10 min Cindy yesterday, my first Crossfit workout here in NL and in the last two and a half weeks!

    I forgot how hard it is to get back into Crossfit after not doing it for awhile! definitly going to be fun to get back into the swing of things! I’ll be posting on a regular basis hopefully and maybe I’ll see some improvements! Cheers!
