    Hang Squat Snatch – 10 reps
    Did last three reps with 85#.

    It is a skill that requires technique and balance.
    Seems tame but I’m sure I’ll feel it tomorrow.

  5. Well, I decided to give a try to the Hand Squat Snatch. It was the first time in almost a week that I was doing a movement that includes shoulder that much.

    I thought this morning this would be mainly shoulders…& yes it is, but my legs are feeling it too. This was a tricky move!

    45-55-65-75-80-85-90-95-100 (ran out of time but 95 and 100 came easier than 80 and 95 so I think I could have thrown up 105)
    Best feeling snatch I’ve done in a while!…….. what…. it’s true!
