How are the legs today?

Marcel put it best last night “That was all about pushing through the pain” when referring to yesterday’s workout. Everybody has a switch. Some people can tun it off. Others have yet to find the switch. Are you able to turn it off to push through the pain?

Complete as many rounds as possible 20 minutes of:
15 Double-unders
15 Sit-ups
15 Good mornings

  2. I am working through the pain of yeasterday’s workout. Telling myself it was a great toning workout.

  3. Sometimes (not always) I can turn the “switch” off and work through the pain. Unfortunately, shortly after the pain comes a complete collapse of muscle strength. THAT’s when I have to pause for a second and wait for the pain to go away.

    The legs are EXTREMELY sore today. Worst since when I first started crossfit. But I love it 🙂

    1. The skipping is slowing me down. I brought a skipping rope for home, I think I will take it out of the package 🙂 That was a good workout!
