Yah I was not thinking clearly this morning..my 3 reps is 125… so I should have used 55lbs.

That was rough. Rounds 1-3 were great, then I nearly barfed for the 4th & 5th so they were very slow. Didn’t drink enough water this morning, hydration has a HUGE impact on my wods.
