A few seconds faster than last time (fastest was 2:12, slowest was 2:22) but I did rest a bit more! This time, the gap is smaller which mean I was more consistent… I’ll take that!
Also, only did 2 of the last set of deadlifts as my lower back was pinching… never had that before.
