First off, Kevin and Jo you guys did the unthinkable again and continue to grow as individuals while managing to bring more and more of the community together each year. Vanessa Champion- I miss your smile and your face. Keith Hatto- Work it, nice dance moves! Gillyon, still hot as ever! Shane Hayes, happy to see you’re still the friendliest monster walking earth. Kimmy, was that you running, GUNS OUT?

    I honestly loved seeing all your faces and hard work, perfect start to my day.

    Then told Jen that I’d continue until she finished. With Jen cheering me on I did all 5 rounds in 38:45. We pushed each other to the finish–Crossfit community at it’s finest.

    Was slower than last year, but did the 14# ball instead of 10#s.

    This was a mentally difficult workout, I tried really hard not to break and keep moving as much as possible which got really hard in the wallballs, but I did much better than I usually do (for taking breaks).

    Thank you Pat for telling me to do another round when I really wanted you to tell me to stop at 3, I needed the push.

    My head is my biggest enemy.

    Box jumps were miserable. I figured out in round 3 though that resting at the top and rebounding at the bottom made it much more efficient.

    The entire Hopper day was great. Love the spirit of the CF community. Congrats to Kevin & Jo on another successful (& on schedule) event. I am always amazed at how well organized you run this. Video really captures the day. Well done! Not sure if I was more impressed with Keith’s dance moves or with Gillyon’s 6 pack.

    This was my first attempt at this wod so I wasn’t sure how it was going to go. I’ll finish it next time.

    It was about 33 degrees.
