    First time doing box jumps! Pretty fun, that 24″ looked pretty damn high but turned out being not too bad (thanks Michelle 😛 ). Was feeling pretty tired this morning, so the thrusters felt pretty brutal. Good workout overall.

    time – 7:47 Ahhhh my legs. On the bright side, I slipped on a box jump and did not felt any urge to cry! I just took a deep breath and kept going. Yay!

    On the other bright side (yes, there is always 2 bright sides) … I signed up for the hopper! This will be my first Hopper!

    1. Hey Chantal I seen you this morning driving down Botsford St. I was parked at a house and you didn’t see me. Now I know how you feel. Five mins earlier I saw Adam at the intersection of Queen and Church then Jeff L drove around me on St George to Archibald. Waved to both, and they saw me but no one wave back..lol.

  8. WOOHOO! Its HOPPER TIME! Jeff and I are signed up. Always a super-fun event.

    If you’re thinking about it (even just a little bit) …DO IT! Much like the Crossfit Games Open, your only regret will be NOT signing up. This event truly is for everyone: young, old, new crossfitter, veteran crossfitter, competitive, not competitive…the list goes on. It sold out in only 6 days last year, so don’t delay 🙂

    1. Congrats on your first post. You will really appreciate having this site to refer back to when WODs come back a second (or third, or fourth, etc….) time. Its a great little “snapshot” of your progress. Nice time on the WOD today. Did you use a 20″ box? What weight did you use for thrusters? (you’ll want to make note of those things too) 🙂

    The Thrusters kicked my butt for sure. Couldn’t get enough speed out of the squat… Squats are my nemesis! Should have gone lighter… I can barely clean 120! I guess that’s enough whining for one night.
