    Buy in 400 m run #20 ball

    30 air squats
    10 hand release burpee
    10 #95 thrusters
    20 WB #20 scaled to 14
    Score 126 reps

    Wall balls killed me after thrusters could not reach the 10 foot Mark and had to scale.

    Strength hang power snatch
    Hit # 100 and 110 missed on third attempt at 120 brushed my head to cause a no rep. Happy with the lift have never hit 120 on the power snatch yet PR today. Fun event.

  2. First time being part of the Hopper, first competition ever. Had lots of fun… My quads might not agree tomorrow.

    Strength WOD
    3 RM Hang Power Snatch.

    Remembered doing this maybe once in a class but want sure on weight, was hoping to get to 115#

    Started with 95-115-125-135, tried #145 with 45 second left, failed the first rep, decided to quickly strip the 5s back out and got 135 for 3 with 1 second left!!

    So total strength WOD score was 270.

    Definitely PR!

    I used the scaled weights from the open wods that had these movements and I think that was a good choice.

    3RM Hang Power Snatch
    40# – 55# (because Steph yelled at me) – 55# – 60# (x2) touched my hair on the third rep of 60# and couldn’t get it over my head after that.
    Very happy because my previous 1RM was 45# on squat snatch.
