    7 seconds slower than last time, but 30 lbs more weight and got a 15# PR on my push jerk. Nice job everyone!

    I don’t know how to write that. 100 C&J? Then I tried again at 105 and got the clean but failed the jerk.

    I got 3 ring dips in a row…1st time I’ve been able to put more than 1 together at once. I think the Christmas turkey must be agreeing with me 🙂

    This was my first attempt at split jerks…kind of liked these.

    Time = 5:06
    I did this WOD a year ago with 55#, but didn’t write the time.
    I really liked this WOD!

    i thought i would do this workout quicker than the average.. since i had no problems with clean and jerks in the 1RM…
    turns out i found them really hard in the workout and my posture wasnt all that great.

    cash out: 1 minute plank HARD.
