    I have to cancel my 4:15. I forgot I had to take the car in for servicing, but I’ll come to the 6:30.

    135-145-155 stopped because of stiff neck. But that was pretty close to my 3 rep max anyways.

    5 rounds + 15 squats and 17 double unders.

    Doubles were good. Pushups were bad.

    6 rounds and only had 8 DUs left.

    my rope broke during the last round and I spent like 30 seconds getting a new one.. I know I had 7 rounds plus in me.. Little frustrating but whatever.. unknown and unknowable right?

    1. Broken rope? Holy cow Ed! Too much power in then DU’s. Be carefull, Kevin will take it out of your next Dead Ed paycheck.

    Last time got 4 rounds and only completed 15 squats, so a little improvement. Just really glad to get my OHS above 100 tonight! It’s been a long time coming!

    10-15 min stretching with raychell and chantal afterwards
