This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. On call of “rotate,” the athlete/s must move to next station immediately for good score. One point is given for each rep.

I felt like throwing up before the WOD even started & that feeling didn’t improve during or after. I just kept moving & made it through!
Rowed a few minutes for team one before!
No wod for me but today was our last class of the Bad Ass Rowing clinic I managed a 2K time of 9:17… 5 seconds faster than last week!!!! Kevin gave us some great pacing tips and it seemed to have helped!
