Hooverball

Get your name on the list in the warm-up room for Hooverball. It’s this Sunday from 4-5:30pm. We need a minimum of 10 people, but can take up to 18. Hope to see some more names!

Rowuary Update – last day to earn ballots for gift cards! Every 1000m gets your name in the draw! Also, starting Friday and lasting until Monday, all participants must do 5 burpees after every 500m of rowing. Bonus fitness!!!

  12. This morning I hit OG with some rowing and OHS work.. I decided I would start with 2000m, then I do another 2000m because I didn’t want to! 😏
    OHS sets of 5 15-20-25-30-35-40-45
    I managed 3 sets at 45 and it sucked.. Kevin suggested some tips that helped..
    Finished with another 1000m because I really didn’t want to, but I felt bad Mel rowing all alone!
