Perhaps all the weighted running was a bit much for one day. Legs were jello.

Today In OG I did a some mobility and stretching.. I’ve had an annoying tightness on the inside of my leg/groin area and tried rolling my hamstrings (because that helped last time)
Then I tackled:
10ish rounds
5 wallballs 14#
5 perfect Pushups
5 Kipping swingy things
Then I stayed for the 10am class

*Bag can never touch the ground

Thanks to Dan for being my partner and letting me tackle the 40# sandbag! Next time we take turns running with the bag! We originally felt, sharing the bag we would be able to go faster, then we discovered one of us runs faster separately.. 😆
