Just realized I took 90% of my clean&jerk. Oops
no strength as was a bit too yacky about how sore I was! lol.. there is a lesson to be learned here, if you are sore then do your freaking warmup and get some stretching done to loosen things up then you don’t have to start the wod cold and stiff! 🙂

Total 25 rds 2 hspu. The handstand push became very hard… Great Wod, fun to try again.. All rx next time and finish..
