    1 Power clean (@85 – wrist felt good. I think it’s the repetitive reps that make it hurt…)

    Finished 20 rounds in 19:50. Was at about 14 minutes at 15 rounds. I had a good pace going to finish the 30 rounds in 30 minutes but had to jet out of class early today (sorry everyone I couldn’t stay to cheer) so that’s why I decided to do 20 rounds.

    I couldn’t find a 10# ball today, so grabbed a 8# ball thinking a heavier ball would be too much. I never thought I’d say this about wallballs, but it was SO easy!!

  18. WOD was somewhere around 15 mins, I forgot to check the time but I’m pretty sure it’s close.

    I did 15 rounds, scaled the HSPU to HRPU for my shoulder. And scaled the cleans to 115 (80%) for…inattendance. lol

    Also the wall balls were a little too easy. I noted in my book to go heavier next time.
