    The deadlift holds got heavy fast… first round ±40 sec up in two reps… subsequent rounds ±20-25 sec in three reps. Fingers were peeling out from the bar.

  8. my back has been a bit tight/sore past few days (Since OHS on Saturday) so kept it easy today and did a WOD at home..deadlifts arn’t my friends on the best of days
