    I just watched discovery chan and the show diet doctor was about the 10 top diets and she talked all about the Zone it was all good.

    I arrived to late for the strength. And I had to stop the wod after 8 deadlifts because of respiration issues! Thanks Heather and Gillyon for sacrificing your time and stop to see if I was alright! 🙂 I am alright now! I just need some allergy pills and some rest!

    good long road ride haul today – (dieppe, shediac, shediac bridge, caissie cape, cape breton road area)

    95km in 3 hour 37 min – felt really good, and got a bit of a tan to boot!

  7. Ok guys, I got the Crossfit movie ”Every seconds” a couple weeks ago…didn’t watch it yet since we wanted to make it an event I guess and watch it with you guys.

    I am suggesting next friday or saturday for the screening…Kev and I talked about watching it at the gym on the whiteboard. The other option would be to watch it at our place (MC and I).

    If it is a our place, we could have a BBQ before…

    Anyways, what do you guys think!
