    It was slow but I was happy to be trying to work on it. Running is a new thing for me. I kept thinking about Boston. Sad stuff.

    1. Not slow at all. Those are some decent times to start off with. Something to baseline from and improve on.

    Wow this was a lot harder then thought it would be. I think I started out to quick and it killed me very fast. I’m am happy that I finished all 4 rounds since I wanted to stop after everyone of them.

  12. My period 1 and 2 grade 10 physed classes ran 6.6 km in memory of the Boston victims.

    I ran the first 6.6 km (35 minutes) and started the second 6.6 km with my period 2, but my right knee jammed up as it did last week on the second run. Not sure what is going on with my right knee!

    Great job on the runs today ladies and gents!
