    I should have used more Weight. I flew through 170. The chest to bar pullups were a challenge though. I can see getting fighting it out on the yellow band… but RX’ed…. yikes!
    DAN!!!! Incredible work for doing this on the rings! Plus almost RX o the DL.

    1. you know funny thing is, if I tried this one again next week in the gym, I’m sure I would do as good as I did in Fredericton. It’s unbelievable what a cheering crowd can do to you.
