100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Squats
1 mile Run
Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. Start and finish with a mile run.
Rx requires a 20# weight vest.

No idea the time..48 or 49ish. Knew i wouldn’t have time for the last mile so just did 800m. No PR.
If you haven’t seen the movie about Murph I highly recommend it. Have kleenex ready at the end. Kevin and I saw it in theatre and there were a lot of big grown up men in tears in there. On the way home we decided to go to the gym and do the WOD, at like 10pm, in the cold rain. Felt right at the time.

At the cap I had 5 pull ups, 16 push ups, 30 squats & mile run left. I have a love/hate relationship with this WOD. Definitely a mental game, need to cycle through squats faster next time. Great work all, but particularly Morgan – you’re a Beast!
