  11. 1044 today. I would have liked sub 10 but my running is quite slow. I feel like Ive turned a corner on the cardio though. KBS unbroken and no hesitation during transition.

  19. Well that kicked my ass. Did this RX and didn’t finish. Cut the run in the last round short to 200 m, in hopes of finishing, but was only at 8 pull ups at the 15 minute time cap. Finished my last 4 reps and then did the last 200 m that I missed

    Compare to last year & finished at 14:36……blame it on the sins of the weekend, the heat of 6:00 p.m, shitty pull ups…..or all of the above 🙂
