    The run in round 3 was very slow.
    KBS were broken up in that last round… and pull-ups were slow too.

    Compared to last year, I finished at 11:25 with 45# KB.

    I seem to be struggling with energy levels these days and just showing up to the Gym is an accomplishment ..
    I finished off this nonsense with 50ish burpees because I didn’t register for class and forgot my phone 🙄.. Then Del to ran the mile with me. We didn’t get the time, just glad to finish it 🙊
