    I was doing the pike HSPU way too hard and was only getting 1 or 2 at a time so I moved my knees back a little and was able to get slightly bigger sets. Still took me too long. Fun wod though.

    I was a bit scared of this one. Shoulders are still toast after Friday’s wall walks & this is a heavy clean for me in a WOD (These were all 1 at a time, not touch & go). Challenging WOD but I really liked this one
