  2. Wow Marc, you must be drunk to be writing something like that. I must admit as a Habs fan it is difficult to say but the Bruins did deserve to win.

      1. I didn’t think you would be sleeping at 2 pm……because no conscious person would believe the Maple Laughs could win the cup.

    85# is ~50%of my 1RM – just getting back into Crossfit and wanna have less painful neck tomorrow and look fondly upon this workout. have a great Day everyone.

    (i was being chased on last one – man did that hurt!)
    total with warm up and cool down 6km

    then:
    supposed to be easy 5k run with workmate turned into moderate 9.7k in 52:15

    total of 16km tonight – i’m going to be hungry tomorrow!

      1. yeah, it takes me a few goes to get warmed up i guess – after all i do come from an LSD background (long suffering distance) LOL
