    Managed to get to 60lbs, that’s my heaviest weight yet for Floor Press :).

    EMOM in 15mins
    Min 1 – 8 Plate Jumps (25lb size)
    Min 2 – Box Pushups 24″
    Min 3 – 12 Plate Ground to Overhead – 25lbs

    This was an interesting workout, I’ve been hesitant about jumping, but the plates felt easy today. So after the WOD I tried to do the 12′ and tripped. BUT, then I put my glasses on and did it. If only the boxes were wider I’d feel more comfortable about trying multiples 🙂
