Ron has offered to open the gym today from 10:00am-12pm. It’s Open Gym style – no need to register and you don’t need OG on your membership to attend.

    10 DB Push Presses 20# (Right)
    2 – 25′ OH DB Walking Lunges with 20# (Left)
    10 DB Push Pressed 20# (Left)

    T-spine + Lat + quad + 10 wall balls

    Overhead squat practice with stick due to shoulders tight
    45# and a couple at 95#
    *shoulders and wrists sore

    Power Snatches @95# to practice overhead squats

    50 wallballs @ 20# in 3:23
