Focused on landing in full squat and narrowing my landing.
Focused on form and recovery. Goal was under 10 min. Time = 9:42
Missed the memo on the lab so Chris and I went for a run. about 7.4k time 44:33. Was a slow run as 1) we were exploring some trails I never went in before and 2) there was still snow as some parts lol.
