    Last time I did this was June 22, 2011 time was 4:12 with a 95# deadlift and did situps instead of toes through rings (CrossFit works!)

    Well that was a grip killer!! Grip strength is a big weakness of mine, had to break up the toes through rings a lot in the 15’s and on the way back down. Also had one ring that I had to keep raising because it would drop after a few kips, that was annoying. Thanks Lance & Jeff for constantly telling me to either pick up the bar or get on the rings haha

    Wod @ 135# and knee raises – 6:02. Tough on the grip, 2 mins slower than last time however I consider knee raises harder than situps? Plus last time I didn’t do 60 deadlifts before πŸ˜›
