    WOD Scaled to Pike pushups on a 30″ box
    Completed 10 P-Pushups and all 20 pistols = 90 reps

    Hyper flexion knee in the left knee and messed up right ankle made for some interesting pistols. Made it through slow and steady.

    That is the most weight overhead since surgery!! Stayed way under the percentage and did a few extra reps
