    100 Singles: Once again messed up my stopwatch but it was around 55 sec,

    This WOD felt as if I hadn’t been done any CrossFit in a week and spent most of those evenings drinking and days eating conference food. Since that’s exactly what happened I guess I deserve what I got but I am glad to be back and anxious to get back on track!
