Jeff was kind enough to open the gym today from 4-6pm. Please register online by clicking “All Calendars” on the left, and then registering for the class as normal.

  1. I registered for the open gym today and realized I could not make it from 4-6pm. The calendar is not giving me an option to cancel. If you can, please remove my registration, so someone else can attend. Thanks 🙂

  2. I just checked my attendance and it says I was a “No Show” on Aug 3, but I was there. Any idea why this would be?

    I know Kevin & Jo were away, so maybe didn’t get to input it?

    Volume Training

    EMOTM 20 min – Squat Clean 185# (~82% PR)
    2-2-2-2-2-2-2-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1 = 27 reps

    Goal is not to drop more than 2 reps below your starting set. Was great for technique practice, as well as endurance. The shrug was getting tough near the end, had to get under it quick. Next time try to hold 2 reps up to round 10.

    What a great turnout, we should do this more often! Good work everyone! Thanks Kevin for tackling the rowers with me!

    This was the WOD we did for our drop in and I did 800m x 2 and 400m x 1, 30 good mornings, and 30 situps and it almost killed me. This time I RX’d it in a decent time. If call that a pr. Love it. 🙂
