Thanks Maritime Crossfit for the fun Partner Wod this morning. For those who missed it…it involved doing the intro Wod (5 push ups, 10 sits ups & 15 squats) ten times for each partner. Oh yes and in Elba’s and my case wallballs @ 8lbs 270 times total…he he that sounds bad.
