    Weighted Pistols 35# KB = 3R, 3L, 3R… Couldnt get it again on left leg.

    800 m (1 partner running forward at a time)
    75 pullups
    150 pushups
    225 squats
    800 m run (same as above)

    Time : 29.15 (book is in my bag so hope I’m not wrong)

    Pull ups sets of 5 ( I was able to butterfly most of my rounds there were a few that I had to kip but tried to keep them butterfly)
    Push ups first few sets where in 10s then went to 5s next time start with 5s and keep moving
    Squats sets of 5.

    It was great being your partner Tom way to keep moving your progress over the month is amazing!
